Appalachian Bluegrass Shoppe is a family owned and operated business that was established in 1960. Today, Emory and Charlene Knode carry on the music centre tradition. The name of our store "Appalachian Bluegrass Shoppe" is a nod to the fact that the Baltimore area has long been associated with Bluegrass and Folk music, however, we cater to all forms and styles of acoustic musical tastes.
